Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day Accounts & HR admin support functions and duties.
  • Do data entry and credit checks.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to all departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time

Requirements:

  • Fluency in CHINESE for both communication and writing
  • NO experience required, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (E.g., Excel)
  • Have the passion to learn
