Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day Accounts & HR admin support functions and duties.
- Do data entry and credit checks.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to all departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time
Requirements:
- Fluency in CHINESE for both communication and writing
- NO experience required, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (E.g., Excel)
- Have the passion to learn
