We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our HR team. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and office administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment on construction sites and within the company.
- Manage the performance management process, including compiling all appraisal forms, tabulating ratings, and supporting the development of performance improvement plans.
- Handle payroll processing for employees, manage office administration tasks, administer leave management, and coordinate with Maxis services for mobile and telecom needs.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly as they apply to construction.
- Experience in payroll processing, office administration, and leave management.
- Experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
