Qualifications & experience
- Sales Management, Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance or related sectors are added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional certification in Sales or Insurance industry is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team of Life Planners and team member to provide financial security solutions to customers.
- The role involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager in Klang/Seremban/Nilai/Kuala Lumpur.
- Focus on recruitment to expand the group for bigger and stronger together.
