Qualifications & experience

  • Sales Management, Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance or related sectors are added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional certification in Sales or Insurance industry is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a team of Life Planners and team member to provide financial security solutions to customers.
  • The role involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager in Klang/Seremban/Nilai/Kuala Lumpur.
  • Focus on recruitment to expand the group for bigger and stronger together.
