  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications & experience

Educational Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, such as Architecture, Interior Design, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the architectural or interior design industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Competence in MS Project is essential.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software is advantageous.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proper planning of projects, scheduling and coordination.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Resolution of issues including manpower, machineries, materials delivery, logistic etc to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise the construction projects to ensure the project is accordance with the schedule and within budget
  • Responsible for liaison with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, and submission of progress report as required
  • Checking of construction drawings and liaison with Project Team on site/technical issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
