As our clientele consists primarily of China-based companies, candidates with proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) are required to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess at least Degree/ Professional Certificate in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin language.
  • Proven working experiences as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Working Location : Taman Salak Selatan , Kuala Lumpur

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and Arrange Director's Schedule: Coordinate and prioritize appointments, meetings, and events to optimize the Director's time.
  • Assist with Office and Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing documents.
  • Driving: Transport the Director to meetings, construction site, and other locations as required.
  • Draft Correspondence: Prepare and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Take Meeting Notes: Attend meetings to take accurate and comprehensive notes for future reference.
  • Daily Time Management: Help the Director prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively.
  • Travel Planning: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and arrange company gatherings and events to foster team engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company's Facebook page and engage with the audience to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Personal Matters Management: Assist with the Director's personal tasks, director's family members' tasks and errands as needed.
