Job Description:
- Lead a team of IT Engineers to support Customer Service and Content Management System
- Ensure all user ticket / breakdown and problem resolve within timeline
- Maintain and enforce SOP on IT System, Network Infrastructures, Customer Service and Content Management System
- Assist the IT Manager in supervising daily operations related to software support and IT Department daily operation
- Develop security incident management plans
- Plan, design, implement and maintain server configurations, routing protocols, network configurations, storage environments and backups;
- Implement contingency plans to minimize network and system downtime;
- Maintain and upkeep IT assets inclusive of hardware, software and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and provide supports to users / staff on IT related issues.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Degree in any relevant field;
- Knowledge in IT and cyber-security is not a necessity but will be an added advantage;
- Possesses at least 3 years of working experience in related field;
- Has experience in coordinating or managing projects related to technology and systems will be an added advantage;
- Is a self-driven staff in carrying out the tasks assigned and is proactive to handle challenges that may arise;
- Has strong interpersonal skills and maturity to relate with internal staff and external consultants especially when facing project issues;
- Possesses exceptional analytical and problem solving skills;
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills;
