As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll assess staffing needs, create innovative hiring strategies, and drive initiatives to attract top talent to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop talent acquisition policies while evaluating and adjusting recruitment strategies based on performance metrics and market trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage and lead a recruitment team to accomplish talent acquisition and retention Strategies.
  • Recruitment Coordination and Execution: Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls, while also organizing and participating in career fairs and related events.
  • Recruitment Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and collaborate with managers to anticipate needs and fill positions efficiently.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively across different departments or functions within an organization. This includes building relationships, facilitating teamwork, and achieving common goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic: Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.
  • Skill & Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, who effectively leverages social media and job portals, and is eager to understand the skills and responsibilities necessary for various positions.
  • Personable and Target-Oriented: A recruiter who engages effectively with candidates and colleagues, and is committed to achieving recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards in candidate selection and hiring processes.
