  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Full-Set Accounts: Handle and manage the full set of accounts.
  • Payment Processing (Property Management): Oversee all kinds of property management payments, with some tasks delegated to the clerk.
  • Bank Reconciliation (Property Management): Reconcile bank receipts, delegating certain tasks to the clerk.
  • Sales Invoicing: Issue sales invoices, with some invoicing tasks reassigned to the clerk.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entries for both businesses, with some tasks reassigned to the clerk.
  • Account Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile accounts and prepare management reports for two companies.
  • External Liaison: Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in e-invoicing implementation and workflow improvement initiatives.
