Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service Coordination: Responsible for coordinating daily communication between the sales and customer service teams, ensuring that client needs are promptly communicated and addressed.
  • Performance Evaluation and Management: Oversee the work quality of sales clerks, including order processing, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Training and Development: Track the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals, push for team target completion, and oversee performance assessments.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong ability to coordinate communication between sales and customer service teams, ensuring timely response to client needs.
  • Proven experience in overseeing and managing the performance of sales clerks, including order processing, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to track and push for the achievement of sales targets.
