• 通过电话、电子邮件和聊天为讲中文的旅行者提供卓越的客户服务，协助他们进行旅行计划、预订咨询、行程建议等。
• 作为目的地专家，根据旅行者的需求提供个性化建议和内幕贴士，帮助他们发现隐藏的瑰宝，创造难忘的回忆。
• 精通我们平台的功能和产品，引导旅行者轻松自信地完成预订流程。
• 以冷静和以解决方案为导向的方式解决任何旅行中的小问题，将潜在的担忧转化为无缝的体验。
• 与我们的国际团队和旅行合作伙伴紧密合作，确保运营顺畅，并超越客户的期望。

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with travel planning, booking inquiries, itinerary suggestions, and more.
• Act as a destination expert, providing personalized recommendations and insider tips to help travelers discover hidden gems and create unforgettable memories.
• Master our platform's features and offerings, guiding travelers through the booking process with ease and confidence.
• Troubleshoot any travel hiccups with a calm and solution-oriented approach, turning potential worries into seamless experiences.
• Collaborate closely with our international team and travel partners to ensure smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, promotions, and destination updates to provide the most relevant and exciting information to our adventurers.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English for internal collaboration and reporting.
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude, capable of handling unexpected situations with grace.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus, but not required – a true passion for travel is key!
