Position Summary
To manage flight disruptions, re-accommodate passengers to the next available flight, and ensure timely notifications to passengers to minimize any inconvenience.
Key Accountability
- Handling OCFY: movement flight and trigger manual notification to passengers.
- Handling SCN for new services, cancellation, or retiming.
- Assist on creating FIM booking FY operating.
- Assist on creating NTL booking FY operating.
- Assist on ticketing / check in enquiries.
- Reinstate booking codeshare operated FY for non- synchronization issue.
- Transferring passenger from FY to MH/MW due to disruption and manage the connections.
- Ad-hoc task pertaining to FY operating and FY marketing disruptions.
Qualification & Working Experience
- SPM/SPMV with at least 2 years working experience preferably in ticketing and reservations. Have experience in related field and understanding flight operations.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sponsorship operations, event management, or administrative roles.
Area of Experience
- Experience in related field and understanding flight operations.
Personality Traits
- Knowledge in Amadeus / Navitaire reservation & ticketing skills
- Good problem solving and facilitation skills.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and IT literate .
- Great personality.
- Able to work in stress.
- Able to multitask.
- Willing to work under shift.
