Job Description:

  • Responsible for content creation and script conception in TikTok product promotion, and formulate product shooting plans based on TikTok's viewing style
  • Responsible for the shooting planning of the short video team, coordinate the arrangement of shooting personnel and the division of labor among employees
  • Responsible for the training of editors, responsible for the team's short video content output, and follow up the implementation of the implementation to ensure daily human efficiency and output
  • Responsible for short video data analysis, optimize script content according to the effect of short video data, and lead the team to quickly adjust policies and strategies
  • Be responsible for the team's results and complete monthly KPIs


Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience, TikTok short video shooting experience is preferred
  • Long brush Chinese TikTok, strong network sense, understand the popular trend of short video & bgm, and summarize popular short video scripts
  • Have leadership experience, be able to lead the team to review and optimize, and help the team achieve goals
  • Have independent drive, be responsible for the work content and be able to follow up the landing
  • Strong logical thinking and sensitivity to data
