• 通過電話、電子郵件和線上聊天，為我們來自台灣，使用國語的客戶提供卓越的客戶服務。
• 成為台灣旅遊專家，針對目的地、住宿、活動和當地私房景點提供個人化建議。
• 協助旅客處理預訂諮詢、行程規劃以及解決他們可能遇到的任何旅行相關問題。
• 深入了解我們平台的功能和產品，確保旅客可以輕鬆瀏覽和預訂他們夢想中的台灣假期。
• 掌握有關台灣市場的最新旅遊趨勢、促銷活動和資訊更新。
• 與我們的團隊和旅遊合作夥伴合作，為每位客戶創造無縫且難忘的旅行體驗。

要求：

• 必須具備母語程度的國語（書面和口語）能力。
• 具備良好的英文溝通能力，以便進行內部溝通。
• 對旅遊充滿熱情，尤其是台灣旅遊。
• 熟悉台灣文化、目的地和旅遊產品者優先考慮。

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to our Traditional Mandarin-speaking customers from Taiwan via phone, email, and chat.
• Become a Taiwan travel expert, offering personalized recommendations on destinations, accommodations, activities, and local hidden gems.
• Assist travelers with booking inquiries, itinerary planning, and resolving any travel-related hiccups they might encounter.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our platform's features and offerings, ensuring travelers can easily navigate and book their dream Taiwan vacations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, promotions, and updates specifically related to the Taiwan market.
• Collaborate with our team and travel partners to create seamless and unforgettable travel experiences for every customer.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Traditional Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English for internal communication.
• A genuine passion for travel, especially within Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwanese culture, destinations, and travel offerings is a major plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a "customer-first" mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in the travel or customer service industry is a plus, but not required.
