Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Assist in translating documents or communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
