Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within the fintech industry
  • University degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation for banners, landing pages, and the customer activation funnel
  • Capability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
