PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist marketing manager in formulating marketing objectives, strategies, and new product/service development plan for LPG and non-LPG businesses.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials to B2B target audiences.
- Produce marketing materials for online platforms such as website, LinkedIn and other content formats including sales tools, presentation, company profile, brochure, and videos.
- Drive marketing campaign execution across channels including email, online, social media and PR.
- Conduct business, market research and develop a thorough understanding of competitors and their activities in the related industry.
- Coordinate with business/sales team to set up events, seminar and new launches.
- Identify the technical necessities for potential projects and incorporate solutions or relevant information into persuasive messaging.
- Ensure the team and stakeholders remain informed about the latest business products and service offerings
- Work with Operations, Engineering and Solar team as well as OEM supplier in development of new product or service offerings.
- Develop and implement route to market strategy to offer a new product or service to the marketplace.
- Provide necessary marketing supporting materials and plan to the sales team/distribution channel for products or services to be rolled out to market.
- Track results, review analytics and provide ROI of marketing activities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Recognized Marketing qualification and/or at least 3 years relevant Sales/Marketing experience.
- Experience working in B2B environment would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
- Good organization skills,multi project management knowledge.
- Microsoft Suite Office skills (Word,Excel, Power Point) at intermediate level
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally & externally essential. Good command of spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to write/speak in other languages is a plus.
- Have the right attitude to learn and take initiative
