As a Digital Tech Senior Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our digital projects. You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, and CXM teams to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be essential as you liaise with clients, coordinate teams, and drive projects to completion.

The position responsibilities shall not be limited to the following:-

Client–facing responsibility.

  • Establish and maintain strong partnership with client by ensuring the successful execution of deliverables and putting forth recommendations through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities and original thinking
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor social media campaigns to meet their needs
  • Develop our product offering, stay ahead of market trends and create opportunities both innovative and commercially beneficial

Team Leadership and Delivery Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media managers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal cross-practice teams (client management, operations, creative, PR, KOL, media, analytics etc.) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
  • Fully responsible for campaign and scope delivery overseeing the creation and curation of engaging content (from planning, proposal, execution, QA, reporting and optimisation) across internal and external teams / partners that aligns with clients’ brand voices and objectives
  • Handle crisis management and respond to social media inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Performance Analysis:

  • Identifies key measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on the client’s business
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and competitor analysis using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on social media performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience working in senior social media role, preferably within an advertising agency and/or Integrated Marketing environment
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of Social Management and Content Marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
