You’ll play a key role in expanding them and identifying new payment methods, from e-wallets to credit and debit cards and other scalable and secure payment methods.

Your challenges and mission

  • Transform the way our clients experience payments on our platform. Since you are handling diverse clients from every corner of the globe, you’ll dive deep into the data, uncover their pain points, and craft payment solutions that not only meet expectations but exceed them. You’ll turn insights into action, ensuring every transaction feels seamless and secure.
  • Be the guardian of flawless transactions. You’ll ensure security is your top priority by testing and refining our payment systems to guarantee smooth and problem-free transactions.
  • Champion innovation with data-driven precision. You’ll prepare regular reports, identifying trends and making recommendations to management that propel our payment methods to the next level.
  • Revolutionise the way we pay. You’ll be the pioneer on the lookout for cutting-edge payment solutions that boost client confidence and ensure their transactions are as safe as they are easy.
  • Unleash creativity through collaboration. Working closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams, you’ll be the spark that ignites innovative campaigns.
Requirements
  • A university degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
  • Exposure to payments processing/digital payments operations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Strong mathematical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent analytical skills — the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data
  • Strong attention to details
  • Exceptional presentation skills — the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
What’s Good To Have
  • Experience with Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery
  • Good knowledge of card processing, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods (APMs)
  • Marketing background or an interest in marketing
