What You’ll Do

  • Plan and do new store merchandizing set up.
  • Plan and do canopies set up for roadshows, promote by doing product demonstration and sell products to end user customers during roadshows, dismantling and proper storage of demonstration products.
  • Responsible to manage and update demonstration products list in office and tools center.
  • Conduct product training to customers and end-users.
  • Manage a team of store promoters in customers outlets. Responsible to manage promoters salary and commission claims submission for payment.

  • Experience of working in the hardware/tools industry minimum 2 years, preferable serving traditional or modern channel
  • Possess basic understanding of power tools and hand tools technical specifications and usage
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation to explain technical information in layman's terms
  • Quick thinker, able to troubleshoot product issues during demonstrations.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects both oral and written
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
