Our client is an established local EPCC company in the solar industry and they are currently looking out for a Project Manager for their upcoming LSS projects in the Northern area of Malaysia.

- Oversee the management, coordination, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
- Assemble and lead project staff, providing guidance and support to the project team.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the allocation of project resources, including labor and materials, to optimize project profitability.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Continuously monitor and provide updates on project progress to management.
- Present reports outlining project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the project team.
- Develop, manage, and monitor changes to contracts, as well as any deviations or variations.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations on project progress.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze project issues, and troubleshoot problem areas.

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is in the solar industry is required for this position.
Required skills include project management, coordination, and supervisory abilities.
Proficient in project scheduling concepts, techniques, and software like MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Proficient in office productivity tools, particularly the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed across Malaysia.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential.
