What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing quotations, process bookings, prepare itinerary and vouchers.
  • Liaise with supplier for reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Answer calls, emails and accountable to answer any customer complaints and queries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance collaboration.
  • Liaise with agents for the group travel and bookings.
  • Oversee and manage ongoing tours, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and transactions in the company database.
  • Any other add hoc duties assign by superior.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistic, Hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience. No tourism industry experience required.
  • Experience in Hotel / Event management or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Preferred language(s): English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good command of English and local language both written and spoken.
  • Product knowledge is preferable but not necessary.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point), Time Management Skill, Self Confidence, Positive Attitude, Communication Skill, Team Player
  • Critical thinking and analysis.
  • Fast Learner, Willing to learn, hard-working, committed and working long hours.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability and has keen and attention to details.
  • Good track records for reporting daily work, result oriented and good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Building up the bigger team together.
