What you will be doing (Tasks & Responsibilities):

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in an accounts executive or similar role.
  • Good track records for reporting daily work, result oriented and good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented which meticulous in your work
  • Meet deadline & Well-organised & Priorities your work
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and administrative technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management skills
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Good command of English and local language both written and spoken.

What do we need from you (Qualification & Experiences):

• Accounts Payable - Check, process and prepare for payments
• Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices
• Credit card processing and reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Bookkeeping for subsidiaries accounts
• Maintain appropriate filing systems
• Able to effectively communicate with our Suppliers & Customers to resolve issues
• Support and report to Head office (Perth Team) Accounts Department.
• Process the reimbursement and leave application.
• Process bookings for the operation team.
• Ad Hoc duties as directed by managers
