DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

1. Employment Pass (EP) Applications:

• Full Process Handling: Manage the end-to-end Employment Pass (EP) application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant government authorities.
• Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with local immigration laws.
• Compliance & Legal Interpretation: Ensure compliance by interpreting and applying current immigration laws and regulations, addressing any potential risks.
• Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on the EP application process, including timelines and potential risks related to their Employment Pass applications.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate case files for all applicants, ensuring documents are well-organized, up-to-date, and securely stored.
• Government Liaison: Submit necessary documentation to government agencies and authorities, attending in-person meetings as required for endorsements and other formalities.

2. Employer Branding:

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute employer branding strategies that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Career Fair & Event Planning: Source, plan, and coordinate participation in career fairs, university fairs, and other recruitment events to promote the company’s visibility and attractiveness.
• Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to create engaging content showcasing our company culture, values, and career opportunities.
• ESG/CSR Initiatives: Support initiatives related to employee engagement, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and internal communications to promote company culture.
  

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in managing Employment Pass (EP) applications in Malaysia.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal employees and external authorities.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Presentable with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with new people, including government authorities and event attendees.
• Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in employer branding is a plus, though not mandatory.
