  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • To identify the improvement needs, develop and facilitate quality related trainings and/or briefings on relevant construction trades to project management team and main contractor to prevent the occurrence of potential non-conformity.
  • Ensure that all activities at site are carrying out in accordance with the applicable codes, specifications and standards.
  • Responsible in ensuring all documents are updated and distributed as per document control procedure.
  • Spearheading any continual improvement initiatives to improve product quality and project workmanship.
  • Assist to liaise and coordinate with all functional heads/managers to facilitate and resolve any quality related complaints on product, process and system.
  • Implementing and reviewing the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and spearhead organization’s ISO9001 certification exercise through annual internal quality audit scheduling and any means that operates the system.
  • Ensure that corrective/ preventive actions’ requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
  • Assist to plan, implement and review the QLASSIC & SHASSIC program at projects site.
  • Assist the implementation of Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) for all Sunsuria Properties.
  • Verify construction site compliances against relevant safety and health act and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building, Property Management or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skill and good team player.
  • High standards of constructions work with successful execution experience in implementing QLASSIC & SHASSIC.
  • Basic knowledge in occupational safety & health.

Authority:

  • To issue Corrective Action Request (CAR) to department/personnel(s) for any non-conformity identified during site assessment, internal audit & any non-compliance to ISO9001 requirements at any point of time.
  • Issue any quality related reports and approval for sample/mock up.
