We are looking for an SEO specialist to manage search engine optimization.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEO campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

As a result of the daily changes in the search algorithms of Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other leaders in search, an SEO expert works in a dynamic environment that requires them to be continually learning, fine-tuning their skills, and experimenting to discover how the industry is shifting.

Job Description/Responsibilities :

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data & results, identify trends and insights as to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Research and analyze competitor's outreach links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters's SEO team to ensure SEO best practices are followed properly throughout website content.
  • Work with editorial and marketing team to drive SEO in content creation as well as content programming.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements :

Proven SEO experience across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Proven success in link building and viral strategies.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Webmaster, Zefo)
Ability of work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization and related skills.
Writing compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
An up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in SEO.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Written and spoken language proficiency in Mandarin & English。
