About the Department

  • All maintenances to be performed in accordance with COC-DNP Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform editing of customer’s signature & related maintenances including enquiries via In-house system
  • Perform financial payments & transactions including enquiries via in-house system
  • Perform debit card issuance & related maintenances including enquiries via In-house system
  • Perform account opening for digital-onboarding and offsite-solicited applications via in-house system.
  • Perform GL monitoring & balancing via in-house system.
  • Perform Fixed Deposit maintenances including enquiries via in-house system.
  • Perform signature verification for related cases via in-house system.
  • May be involved in adhoc planning and hosting of departmental events throughout the year.
  • Provide support to various business units via miscellaneous & adhoc tasks such as clean-ups as and when the need arise
  • Support, stabilize and streamline projects, UAT & task force and/or new process flow developments and/or assignments from concept to inception during the period.
  • Drive/Support initiative on operational processes within the unit or department are continuously reviewed, improved and to minimize operational cost or losses, eliminate of redundant process/channel & digital as first channel of engagement/delivery.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record.
  • A good team player with good communication skill
  • Willing to work long hours as and when is applicable
  • Ability to perform routine tasks and check work for accuracy before submitting/approving in system (Always with zero-defects mindset).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Well organized and able to multi task and handle conflicting priorities
