Responsibilities:

  • To analyse and evaluate current SOP and framework, methods, systems and procedures to ensure proper integration, compliance and operational efficiency.
  • To records and analyses organisations' work flow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
  • To prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, change work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
  • To assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting necessary documentations.
  • To ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and within the set timeline.
  • To prepare training materials, provide training and create awareness on the importance of compliance and adherence to the relevant regulations / SOP.
  • To keep abreast of any updates / changes to policies / regulations that will affect the current procedures.
  • To perform ad-hoc task and special projects / reviews as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in O&M department, preferably in retail industry.
  • Good SOP writing skills and overall understanding on compliance requirements.
  • Candidate with working experience in the O&M Department / Compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Highly committed and detail oriented.
