Purpose of the Position

Principal Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through innovative market research, leveraging government agencies, and analyzing business development reports.
- Utilize the Linde Pro methodology to master both business development and account management phases, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver outstanding and timely customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously track and evaluate key customers' payment terms to ensure timely payments, addressing any issues proactively.
- Engage with customers experiencing cash flow challenges to negotiate and restructure repayment terms creatively.
- Regularly assess and review customer contracts, adapting to their evolving business needs.
- Plan and execute comprehensive training sessions on product applications to empower customers and enhance their experience.
- Provide expert advice on products and related equipment to maximize gas capability and performance.
- Leverage advanced sales tools like Salesforce and CMT to drive productivity and achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
