- Prepare and ensure that Invoices to our clients are completed and sent on a timely basis
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable status with our clients
- Check and process payment for our suppliers’ invoices are made timely and accurately
- Manage Accounts Payable inquiries from our suppliers
- Reconciliation of our project billings as well as costs and expenses
- Compile report of respective projects’ P&Ls every month
- Ensure compliance with internal audit / control regulations
- Provide ad hoc admin support relating to finance, office administrative, and projects
- Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role
- Familiar with BTL marketing services
- Experience working in Marketing industry would have a distinct advantage
- Good communication skill, positive minded, good team spirit, ability to multitasks and meticulous
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to dynamic situations
