Job Summary: The Territory Manager is responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities. This hunter role is focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Sales and Customer Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in line with company targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Client Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and client needs.

Qualification and Experience

Technical & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
