Job Descriptions:

  • Full spectrum of HR role including employees attendance record, recruitment, training, IR&ER and general administration.
  • Update & maintain employee details in system.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programme as per request.
  • Arrange and coordinate new employee pre-employment medical check when necessary.
  • Execute recruitment activities such as man power analysis, sourcing for candidates, interview arrangement and conducting interview.
  • Conduct new hire orientation to employees to ensure the employees fully understand about the company policies, benefits and culture.
  • Update and maintain employees’ attendance record and overtime claim in system.
  • Assist in payroll month-end closing such as compile employees attendance and leave record
  • Checking employee attendance and tracking for absenteeism.
  • Attend to employee feedback and conduct counselling for disciplinary staff.
  • Conduct DI for disciplinary case when necessary.
  • Perform other HR & administration related duties as assigned by manager / management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR and general administration.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to converse comfortably with people at all levels.
  • Written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Initiative, high motivation, organized, systematic and good team player.
