Job Descriptions:
- Full spectrum of HR role including employees attendance record, recruitment, training, IR&ER and general administration.
- Update & maintain employee details in system.
- Coordinate internal and external training programme as per request.
- Arrange and coordinate new employee pre-employment medical check when necessary.
- Execute recruitment activities such as man power analysis, sourcing for candidates, interview arrangement and conducting interview.
- Conduct new hire orientation to employees to ensure the employees fully understand about the company policies, benefits and culture.
- Update and maintain employees’ attendance record and overtime claim in system.
- Assist in payroll month-end closing such as compile employees attendance and leave record
- Checking employee attendance and tracking for absenteeism.
- Attend to employee feedback and conduct counselling for disciplinary staff.
- Conduct DI for disciplinary case when necessary.
- Perform other HR & administration related duties as assigned by manager / management.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR and general administration.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to converse comfortably with people at all levels.
- Written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Initiative, high motivation, organized, systematic and good team player.
