Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and development of visually compelling graphics for both print and digital media, including branding, advertising, social media, and web assets.

• Oversee the creative process from initial brainstorming and concept development to final execution.

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and produce innovative designs that align with the brand’s identity and vision.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

• Assist in developing creative briefs, project timelines, and design concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of professional design experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present design concepts.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
