BRANCH MANAGER - PUSPAKOM MANJUNG

A) JOB SUMMARY

To plan, organize, coach, coordinate, monitor and continually improve the branch operations management and activities to achieve a target for key result areas and key performance indicators set by the Management.

B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To monitor branch operations based on operational requirement and plan.
  • To manage the branch resources planning, monitoring and development.
  • To manage the overall operations of branch and ensure its operational efficiency and effectiveness (act as Technical & Quality Manager compliance to MS ISO/IEC 17020) and MIBAS policy.
  • To manage branch operations cost control according to annual management plan.
  • To ensure all staffs are complied with the company and authorities acts, rules and regulations.
  • To implement and comply to all the ISO management system requirements:
    • MIBAS - MS ISO/IEC 17020 - To increase level of competencies of Vehicle Examiner.
    • QMS - MS ISO 9001 - To provide services meet customer requirements consistently.
    • RTSMS - MS ISO 39001 - To prevent avoidable death and serious injury across the road traffic system.
    • ISMS - MS ISO/IEC 27001 - To protect the data/information security in workplace.
    • ABMS - MS ISO/IEC 37001 - To maintain high level of integrity in workplace.

    7. To implement, improve and promote effective quality, safety, health, and environment management systems and ensure the systems are in place as required.

    8. To conduct daily briefing prior to commencement of daily operations consistently.

    9. To conduct operations ground floor walk-about activities on a regular basis.

    10. To monitor daily operations progress and prepare up-to-date progress report according to the Management requirements.

    11. To monitor and ensure appropriate revenue handling management.

    12. To monitor and ensure proper security, safety and cleanliness at branch.

    13. To report and summarize the progress of any event / incident within the branch to Regional Manager.

    14. To assist Regional Manager to continuously improve branch operations performance.

    15. To assist Customer Service Department in handling any issues related with customers.

    16. To assist Operations Strategy & Improvement Department to continually improve overall branch performance monitoring system and management method.

    C) JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Automotive / Engineering ) or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations.
