Qualifications & experience
- Min Diploma in Accounting or relevant industry
- At least 2 years' experience in accounting
- Initiative and proactive, to be able to assess and initiate things independently
Tasks & responsibilities
Finance / Account:
- Process monetary transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in month end closing of accounts, calculation of depreciation, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, generating cost centers expenses reports
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets detail listing
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Administrative:
- Assist with preparing and processing documentation which require by statutory body
- Support the senior staff in their daily tasks, including administrative duties and data entry
