Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Outstation)

Position Overview:

- Role focuses on outstation sales across Malaysia, promoting NSB’s range of fans.

- Sales executive will be responsible for growing market presence, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Market Expansion:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for NSB’s fans.

- Conduct sales visits across different regions (outstation), including both rural and urban markets.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand customer base.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build long-term relationships with retailers, interior designers, architects, and consumers.

- Engage clients through phone, email, and social media.

3. Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of NSB’s fan range.

- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

4. Technical Knowledge & Product Expertise:

- Develop expertise on product features, energy efficiency, and design aspects.

- Stay informed about industry trends.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate with marketing teams and provide regular sales reports.

- Align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

6. Ad-hoc Duties:

- Participate in company events, exhibitions, and assist with additional tasks when required.

Education & Language Requirements:

- Education:

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. A degree is an advantage.

- Candidates with specialized coursework in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

- Languages:

- Fluent in English and Malay.

- Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and other languages is highly desirable.

- Frequent outstation travel across Malaysia.

- Valid driver’s license is required.

- Independent and capable of managing travel schedules with minimal supervision.
