JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Provide front desk reception duties which includes handling of all phone calls

* Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.

* Collect receive and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.

* Liaise with runners & maintain a tracking system on all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items

* Perform data entry, documentation, printing, faxing and filing duties.

* Maintain tidiness of the reception lobby.

* General office management such as ordering stationery and basic supplies of office necessities.

* Well-versed with Microsoft-Office i.e., Outlook / Word / Excel

* Willing to learn & take on more job responsibilities when needed.

* Support in any other administrative/operation tasks as and when required

*Will be based in office at Kuala Lumpur

REQUIREMENT :

  • Required skill(s): Info-Tech Payroll Software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Able to speak and write English/ Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, team work& able to multitask horizontally
  • Meticulous and well-organized individual
