Human Resources Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Onboarding
- Enhance and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
2.Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and questions.
- Foster a positive and happy work environment.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
3.Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs
4.Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
5.Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.
6.HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
