Human Resources Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Enhance and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

2.Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and questions.
  • Foster a positive and happy work environment.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.

3.Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs

4.Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

5.Compensation and Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.

6.HR Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget.
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
