Basic Job Purpose

  • Assist General Manager/ Product Manager in all matters related to marketing activities such as marketing materials, sales kits, products’ promotion & advertising, local or export market exhibition, online sales platform and others relevant activities assigned from time to time.
  • Provide secretarial services/duties to GM.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure relevant marketing tools such as catalogues, presentation slides, video, graphic work, posters, brochures, calendar etc., for the purpose of sales, promotion, advertising campaign, exhibition.
  • In-charge of online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, own webstore with arrangement of promotion, media correspondences and etc.
  • Manage the social media networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc to enhance customers engagement.
  • Handling of sales promotion activities for both local or export markets such as booth designing, venue identification, preparing and organizing of various marketing materials such as catalogues, videos, calendars, posters, door gifts etc.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 QMS procedures and potential candidate for ISO 9001 QMS Internal Quality Auditor.
  • Any other duties assigned by the GM as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Able to speak and write in English, good communication skills and computer literate.
  • High level of skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustration and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated & result orientation.
  • Ability to train and lead subordinate when available.
  • Fit & healthy.
  • Have own transport and can travel whenever require by the Company.

Output

  • Up to date with E commerce/ online sales.
  • Up to date with Marketing tools, product’s promotion and events.
  • Exhibition’s arrangement and coordination with exhibitors on visitor’s attraction to own booth.
