JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible in achieve the yearly sales target.
  • Process online order daily and prepare document needed by Logistics for delivery / customer pick up arrangement.
  • Process all Purchase Order (PO) received from the customer. Liaise with customer for PO that has not been receive yet.
  • Ensure all order are successfully delivered within the required time frame.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoice and receipt for customer.
  • Create a Sales Order and submit to Finance via email or by hand within required time.
  • Prepare document upon receiving payment/cheque from customer and sent to Finance within required time.
  • Liaise with customers due to the payment via email or call.
  • Entertain, liaise and solve all inquiry and issue from customer by email or call.
  • Ensure the stock in and stock out is tally.
  • Manage, maintain and update system Shopify.
  • Ensure that existing and new items are properly managed and updated in the Shopify system.
  • Update regularly the quantity of stock in PNMB2U.
  • Prepare docket and item code for new item added into inventory.
  • Prepare Stock Adjustments, credit and debut note to resolve any discrepancies in stock quantity.
  • Prepare document for all invoices received from vendor and sent to Finance. Ensure payment to vendor is made in required time.
  • Create Purchase Request (PR) if needed.
  • Prepare report as requested by management.
  • Prepare and forecast budget unit.
  • Prepare for yearly sales and marketing plan.
  • Handle and manage the consignment project products.
  • Assist Stock Item team in monitoring the re-order-level (ROL) of stock.
  • Monitor regularly selling price and cost of stock item.
  • Filing and record keeping.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in admin sales, sales, operation and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge related to e-commerce is a plus.
  • Results and target driven, strong team player, and self-motivated.
