Engineer, Process

Job Responsibilities

• Set Up Top Level (Assembly) Product Manufacturing Process.
• Develop and Standardize Operating Instructions or SOP, Optimizing current process and maintain process document.
• Work closely with supplier and equipment team for Jig and Fixture fabrication, buy-off and GRR.
• Mandatory Problem/Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment and Effective Action cut in to prevent problem recurrence.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Work Closely with Industrial Engineering for process and line balancing.
• Work through Operation Yield Improvement together with the team inclusive Quality, Production etc.
• Develop the best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production yield and quality of output.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience as Process Engineer for at least 1-2 years.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven work experience in process engineering.
• Excellent technical skills such as PFMEA, PDCA, DMAIC or other engineering tools to resolve matters.
• Experience in process set up.
