  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Conduct and coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising, launches, events, exhibitions, sales and promotional activities for the Company's upcoming property development projects.
  • Liaise with creative/advertising agencies to develop the marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • To conduct property market survey and research.
  • Handle application of Developer License, Advertising Permit application and renewal.
  • Handle social media and content marketing. Utilize various online platforms to enhance property visibility and generate potential leads.
  • Work closely with sales team to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and liaise with relevant authorities for necessary approvals and submissions.
  • Perform any other duties that may be given by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of STPM or Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property development industry or in a similar capacity.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an added advantage.
