Job Description

  • Support daily administrative, coordination and secretarial responsibilities.
  • Act as the point of contact between the internal and external clients.
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage daily calendars for multiple business partners
  • Establish positive relationships with external business partners and/or vendors for effective schedule coordination.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for business partners including air, hotel and rental car.
  • Ability to hold the discussion with outside party for events and team buildings.
  • Create and maintain group lists, distribution lists, spreadsheets, databases and collaboration sites.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks and assignments.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support is required for this position.
  • Candidate with experience in an MNC environment is added advantage.
  • Candidate with Project Management is added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently, with a proactive and meticulous approach
  • Demonstrates coordination and organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a pleasant personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, etc
  • Immediate role & 5 working days
