Job Description
- Support daily administrative, coordination and secretarial responsibilities.
- Act as the point of contact between the internal and external clients.
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactively manage daily calendars for multiple business partners
- Establish positive relationships with external business partners and/or vendors for effective schedule coordination.
- Coordinate and arrange travel for business partners including air, hotel and rental car.
- Ability to hold the discussion with outside party for events and team buildings.
- Create and maintain group lists, distribution lists, spreadsheets, databases and collaboration sites.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks and assignments.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support is required for this position.
- Candidate with experience in an MNC environment is added advantage.
- Candidate with Project Management is added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently, with a proactive and meticulous approach
- Demonstrates coordination and organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a pleasant personality.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, etc
- Immediate role & 5 working days
