Job responsibilities:
• To process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• To gather and input monthly data including leaves, over-time and expense claims.
• To prepare Payroll Posting Report on a monthly basis for month-end closing.
• To administer and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• To provide administrative support across various departments.
Job requirement:
• Minimum one (1) years of experience as a purchaser is required.
• Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects as needs arise throughout the organization.
• Good communication, strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidate as we are selling traditional herbs and need to liaise with our Mandarin speaking suppliers.
• Able to think independently and rationally.
• Able to work under pressure, organize time, prioritize responsibilities and multi-tasks.
