Job Descriptions

• Develop, implement, and manage QA processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Lead and manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians.
• Investigate product quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and defects & waste reduction.
• Ensure products are delivered within quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Properly maintain documentation and records for quality processes and ensure traceability.
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Required Bachelor, Diploma , SPM, Certificate or vocational or equivalent experiences and trainings
• More than 2 – 5 years, preferably in QA/QC in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
