  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

INTERNSHIP POSITION (Customer Service/ Order Fulfillment)

We are looking for international trade/ business/ marketing students to offer internship program to descend the meticulous and high precision working skills to graduates out there!

Depending on the candidate’s field of study, they will be rotated in the departments so they will gain a well rounded experience about high quality aerospace production program.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times, high accuracy and urgency to catch cut-off times per day.

Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.

Daily email backlogs updates to customers.

Indent orders updates to customers.

Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields

Experience in attending to Customer’s query and requests via email and phone.

Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.

Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines

Training will be provided from time to time

5 working days : Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Full exposure on working in manufacturing industry

Great Learning environment and friendly staff

Can apply the full-time job when graduates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Profesional Degree in International Trade/ Business Administration/ Marking and related field.
  • Malaysian graduates not in any employment
  • Fluent in English, Chinese
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills
  • Passionate in handcrafting and machine handling
  • Internship Duration : 9 months – 12 months (depending on university/college requirement)
