  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer quality issues.
  • Investigate customer complaints, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) alongside with other core team members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality concern, corrective actions, and process improvements.
  • Use problem-solving tools such as 8D and root cause analysis to address customer quality issues by collaborating with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
  • Responsible to collect and analze data to acces quality performance (e.g: Monthly key indicator reports and product base analysis).
  • Monitor implementation and validate effectiveness of all Corrective Actions taken for any non-conformance detected which related directly to the product quality.
  • Manage the overall quality aspect of the individual project in ensuring on regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Participate in validation activities, including process qualification, testing, and the creation of validation documentation (IQ, OQ & PQ).

    • QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
    • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • 3 -5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a customer-facing role.
    • Knowledge with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Core Tools, & Process Validation.
