Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Move Management Manager in overseeing the household goods moving process for assigned account transferees from various destinations.
  • Liaise with transferees to brief them on the entire removal process.
  • Obtain quotes from moving companies.
  • Review quotations submitted by moving companies and present them to the client.
  • Review valued inventory lists for the risk management program provided by transferees.
  • Monitor, track, and update the client and/or partner on the progress of the entire removal process.
  • Assist the client with claims.
  • Receive and check vendor/moving company invoices against quotations and approve them for payment.
  • Prepare draft invoices for Move Management.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.
