We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Performance Lead to join our dynamic marketing team.
Primary Objective
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition goals.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers.
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
- Suggest new digital channels that can increase new user numbers efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy.
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM).
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising).
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO).
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
- Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy.
- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.).
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
Required skills and qualifications
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solve
