We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Executive to join our dynamic merchandise team.
Primary Objective:
- Implement strategies to drive transaction and sales on e-commerce platforms, including key platforms like TikTok Shop to meet and exceed the annual sales target.
- Develop merchandise plan that best serve Tealive local and international markets, considering market trends, customer preferences, and sales targets.
- Monitor Ecommerce sales performance and maintaining good practice for Live streaming.
- Monitor inventory planning to ensure proper stocks level and availability of merchandise on e-commerce platforms.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard both local and oversea vendors and suppliers to expand merchandise offerings and enhance product excitement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to communicate sales performance, inventory status, and merchandising insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of merchandising strategies with content, marketing, operations, and digital (APP).
- Work closely with the product development team to identify and introduce new product offerings that align with new brand direction, brand objectives and customers' demand.
- Constantly conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to get robust intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and streamline fulfillment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster collaboration and drive product innovation across all categories.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to develop cohesive promotional campaigns and marketing strategies that drive engagement, traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the finance team to monitor sales performance, track budgetary targets, and analyze profitability metrics related to merchandise sales.
Required skills and qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience working in retail or merchandising.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
