Sourcing Executive

Open to Fresh Graduate to 1 year experience candidate (Training will be provided)

Job Scope

• Sourcing of parts and components meeting department and company KPI
• Sourcing of competitive suppliers / parts to meet the company objectives.
• Provide commercial analysis as and when required.
• Price and commercial terms negotiation.
• Supporting value engineering and new supplier qualification
• May required to visit or audit supplier at supplier’s premises.
• May required to travel locally or overseas.
• Weekly update through report and presentation
• Coordinate and follow up meetings, conference call and coordination with cross functional team
• Maintain and updates all required documentation to ensure compliance to company
  requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, purchasing and internal stake holder as well as supplier to
  optimize parts and machine cost without compromising its quality.
• Provide full support to superior as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Technical/ENG area is a plus)
• Active in co-curriculum, good in communications skills and task management
• Able to read, write & speak in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin
• May be required to travel locally or overseas

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn for betterment

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
